a standard rate of $12 is available on all orders within Canada & USA. free shipping will be applied on all orders over $100. parcels will be shipped via Canada Post and UPS, and a tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. please click the tracking number link to track the details of your delivery in real time. once an order has been shipped, please keep in mind that delivery times will vary depending on the region.

once an order has been placed, please allow 5-7 business days to be processed from start to finish. each item is handmade, which takes time - your patience is appreciated. 

if you are not satisfied with your items, please contact hello@blushandtales.com within 72 hours of receiving your item to resolve the issue. exchanges are permitted within 7 days of purchase. the customer is responsible for the fee of the new shipping rate. refunds are currently not available at this time.

each product is uniquely handmade, and because of this, please allow for small imperfections in appearance. due to the delicacy of each item, blush and tales will be dilligent in utilizing protective wrapping for each item to minimize the likelihood of damage during delivery.

please inspect your items as soon as you can. if the items are defective, please contact hello@blushandtales with a photo of the damaged items as evidence.
